2. Client Responsibilities

• Make payments according to agreed schedules

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables. SKL Studio retains rights to:

• Display work in portfolios
• Use non-confidential aspects for promotional purposes
• Retain and reuse non-custom code components

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and terms will be specified in project agreements. Standard terms include:

• 50% deposit before project commencement
• Remaining balance upon project completion
• Additional charges for scope changes

5. Limitation of Liability

SKL Studio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to termination date.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
